Looks to be an old German trade violin, probably early to mid 1900's (my estimate only )

Excellent Used Condition
Needs very little for set up
No Cracks or other damages
Top is from fine even grain Spruce. Nocracks or damages I can see, just a few scratches, and some wear in theusual spots, chinrest and near the neck.
in laid purfling
The back, is a2 piece, superbly flamed maple. No cracks or damages ican see. a few Scratches. in laid purfling.
No open spots around the sides.
Pegbox in good condition, pegs fit and work fine.
looks to me it only needs a new bridge, soundpost and a set up, and youwill have a very fine old Violin
