Do you buy used instruments?
We don't currently buy or sell second-hand instruments as we're working on obtaining our second-hand dealer license. Once that's in place, we'll be offering trade-ins and used instrument sales.
In the meantime, we focus on providing quality new instruments with full warranties and support. Follow us on social media or check back soon for updates on our second-hand program!
Do you offer payment plans or layby?
Yes! We offer several flexible payment options to make your purchase easier:

Absolutely! If we don't have what you're looking for in stock, we can special order it for you. We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to place the order. This ensures we're bringing in exactly what you want.
Turnaround times vary depending on the product and supplier, but we'll give you an estimated arrival date when you place your order.
Do you do repairs and how long does it take?
Yes, we repair all types of instruments and specialize in extensive guitar repairs - from basic setups to complex restoration work.
Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the repair and our current workload. Simple jobs like restringing or basic setups can often be done while you wait or within a few days, while more involved repairs may take 1-2 weeks.
Bring your instrument in for a free assessment and we'll give you an accurate timeframe and quote.
What's your return or exchange policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
Returns and exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the condition of the item and how long you've had it. Instruments must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Custom orders and special-order items are generally non-returnable due to their personalized nature.

Do you offer lessons or recommendations for teachers?
Yes! We currently offer drum lessons at Angkor Music. We're excited to announce that guitar and piano lessons will be starting next year.

We do have some reasonable limitations to protect our premium inventory. For example, if you're shopping in a particular price range, we'll guide you to instruments within that budget to try. This ensures our high-end instruments remain in pristine condition for customers investing in that level of gear.
