The MV-6’s 24-fret fingerboard, “Thin C” neck profile, and contoured neck heel offer maximum range for solos and riffs while keeping your playing fluid as can be. Extra-jumbo fingerboard frets ensure smooth, seamless bends and a 2-point tremolo system can kick your solos up a notch with wails and dives. But these player-focused features are onboard to support the MV-6’s real star: a modified 5-way “HS” pickup system powered by three Diamond 351 single-coil pickups. This “HS” configuration delivers that must-have bridge humbucker tone without sacrificing your ability to switch to true single-coils on a whim. Moreover, the MV-6’s middle position offers a modified take on “middle” pickup tone, a favorite for soaring solos onstage and in the studio.
