The Cort L500E is a solid spruce top acoustic with mahogany back and sides and Ovangkol fingerboard. Spruce provides an ideal balance between strength and flexibility, hence its overwhelming popularity as the wood of choice for tops of acoustic guitars. The L500E boasts a smaller OM body ideal for players with a small body frame or seeking more playing comfort, while its Venetian cutaway provides easy access to the high frets. The L500E is equipped with Cort CE304T electronics to deliver the Luce’s natural acoustic sound to an amplification system for both live and recording applications.
