How do I know when to replace the packets?
New Humidipak packets are soft and gel-like. As they reach the end of their life, they will begin to feel grainy and eventually turn hard. Once the packet is completely firm, it’s time to swap it out for a fresh refill.

Can I use this if I live in a very humid area?
The Humidipak is designed primarily to restore and maintain humidity in dry to moderate conditions. If you live in an extremely tropical or high-humidity environment where the RH is consistently above 70%, you may require a dedicated dehumidification solution.

Is it safe for all finishes?
Yes. The fabric pouches are soft and non-abrasive, making them safe for all guitar finishes, including delicate nitrocellulose and French polish.
