Please Note
The violin is in a strongly repaired condition, with many repairs on the top including a sound post patch, and a repair at the D peg. These repairs have been well conducted and have most likely been done by Jules Lavest in Montlucon, circa mid 20th century, (Note the bridge is branded Lavest). The back is crack free. The violin has been checked and revised, and has a new set of Thomastik Dominant strings, new chinrest, tailpiece and endpin.
