MambyViolins are an excellent trade instrument made in France.
Thisviolin is in excellent condition and by the look of it has barely beenplayed. In fact i have owned it for the past 40 years, and hadcompletely forgot about it.
Violinhas the original mamby fingerboard, which shows very little wear. Stillhas original label under the fingerboard from when it was made.
Violin is in Excellent condition, considering its age.
The back is open along the center join, and needs regluing. And thatsit. There are no cracks on either the top or the back, and there isbarely a scratch anywhere to be seen
It needs a full setup, a new bridge and sound post, etc. Pegsare original and fit perfect.
Top is Medium to Fine grain Spruce on the table.
Lightly flamed Maple Two Piece Back with no cracks or damages,though the center seam needs regluing
Violin is fully lined and blocked
Excellent oppertunity to purchase an older Violin at a fractionof the cost you would pay in a violin Shop.

Violin will be shipped in an old case for protection
