Looksto be early 1900's
A Nicely carved Violin
No Cracks or other damages I can see.
Top is fine to medium grain spruce, no cracks that I can see.There is what looks to me as a scratch, running along the grain underthe bridge
Back is from two piece flamed Maple ascending to the middlejoint.
Very finely inlaid purfling culminating in fine beestings.
Back is open from the ribs a little near the end pin area. Easyregluing required there.
Violin requires a full set up, a new set of pegs, a new nut, tailpiecebridge etc
Overall quite a nice violin, that will surely offer the lucky buyer, aquality violin at a very affordable price.
Excellent oppertunity to purchase an older Violin at a fractionof the cost you would pay in a violin Shop.

Violin will be shipped in an old case for protection
