Since 1978, Seymour Duncan has been hand-building all of their vintage Fender-style single-coil pickups with the perfect color and thickness of Forbon flatwork, along with the vintage-correct hand-ground Alnico V rod magnets. Every pickup comes complete with waxed and tinned cloth push-back hookup wires. Duncan hand files the flatwork, assembles, and lacquers the bobbin just as it was done during Fender’s Golden Age.
